Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and immediately accessible SaaS services, all purchases made on dind.io are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Eligible Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, including but not limited to:

  • A prolonged and platform-wide service outage caused solely by Dind, preventing access to the service for an extended period.
  • A verified technical issue where the user was unable to access or use the service at all.

* Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date and are subject to review.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • User error or misconfiguration.
  • Incorrect plan selection.
  • Partial usage of the service.
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with features.
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms.

Subscriptions & Cancellations

Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or credits are provided for unused time within a billing period.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles returns and chargebacks.

All chargebacks and payment disputes are handled in accordance with Paddle’s policies. In the event of a chargeback, Dind reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s access to the service until the dispute is resolved.
