The Dind.io Platform is a commercial service operated by Dind (hereinafter referred to as "The Provider").

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including the "Dind" brand, logo, and source code, are the exclusive property of The Provider. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy https://dind.io/privacy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Dind reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at its discretion, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Dind reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on the Platform.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms or the law, including but not limited to: unauthorized access, data scraping, interference with the operation of the Platform, and any activity that could harm Dind or its users.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

• Recurring Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and Paddle's terms of service.
